The Laser Shed Engraving Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope that you are satisfied. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns:

 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase.

 

Return Process:

 

All items are engraved/personalized at the time of order. As such, returns are available due to manufacturer defects or mistakes/oversights made by The Laser Shed only.

 

To return an item please email customer service at infolasershed.com or call 480.589.8983 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

The Laser Shed will provide you with a return label via email.

 

Refunds:

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

 

Exceptions:

 

Sales items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Any other exceptions are at the sole discretion of The Laser Shed.
